Main performance and structural characteristics

The turntable material processing line adopts the vibration principle to divide, process and feed, and the packaging speed can be automatically adjusted according to the quantity of materials. It consists of a vibration disk unit, a transition conveying unit, a material cutting rack unit, and a packaging unit.

The system divides the material through the vibration disk unit, controls the feeding speed through the servo motor of the material finishing tail frame unit, and transports the material neatly and quickly to the transverse tail frame through the conveyor belt.

Adjust the material processing speed according to the packaging speed of the packaging machine, transport the material to the packaging machine, and complete the packaging.
